Am I concerned by reports to the Battery and Accumulator (B&A) Register?

According to the regulations, are required to register and make declarations on the Battery and Accumulator Register (B&A):

1. Battery and accumulator treatment operators

2. "Producers" of batteries and accumulators :

• manufacturers (manufacturing P&A in France) ;
• importers (imports from outside the EU);
• introducers (from any country of the EU);
• distance sellers from abroad to households (this status concerns portable and / or automotive batteries and accumulators).
