Producer - Do I have to join a collective scheme?

If you are a portable B&A producer and do not have an approved individual scheme in place, you need to join one of two collective schemes:

You must annually transmit data related to your declaration to your approved collective scheme. The collective scheme is in charge of transmitting the information concerning the whole of its members to the Register before the declaration deadline.

You must ensure that the declaration made by the collective scheme covers all the products you place on the market.

Otherwise, you must annually transmit a complementary declaration on the Register, in which you declare only the quantities that are not covered by the collective scheme.
