How I access my declarations?

Once the registrations specific to the B&A Register have been completed, you can carry out your reporting.

  • Step 1 : Be connected to your account in the B&A sector and click on the Reporting tab.

The My Reports page presents a table summarising the reports for your entity on the B&A Register, and a search engine that can be used to locate reports according to three criteria: year, type (marketing, collection, treatment) and status (pending, in progress, sent).

Click on the report type to display the relevant report page.

The “Dashboard” bar, at the top right of the page, is used to monitor the progress of your reports for the current reporting period.

Click on the report to be completed.

  • Step 2 : Carry out your reporting.

Possible types of declarations for a producer:

If you are:

Type of declaration to be made:

Portable B&A producer
  •  Placed on market B&A (MSM PA) (unless you are a member of a collection scheme or if you have delegated this task to an appointed person

And, only if you are part of an approved individual scheme :

  • Collection of waste portable B&A
  • Treatment of waste B&A and the products resulting from their treatment (2 tabs)

Industrial B&A producer
  •  Placed on market B&A (MSM PA) (except if you have delegated this task to an appointed person
  • Collection of waste industrial B&A
  • Treatment of waste B&A and the products resulting from their treatment (2 tabs)

Automotive B&A producer
  • Put on the market B&A (MSM PA)  (except if you have delegated this task to an appointed person)
  • Collection of waste automotive B&A
  • Treatment of waste B&A and the products resulting from their treatment (2 tabs)

After each reporting submission, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the contact person who submitted the declaration (the person, collection scheme, or the appointed person).

Possible types of declarations for a treatment operator:

  • Declaration of tonnage received
  • Declaration of tonnage processed
  • Declaration of products generated from the treatment process

Warning

You must make your declarations in tons. They may be submitted with precision going until grams (6 figures after the comma).

In case of a declaration of less than 1g, the application will round up to 1g when the mass is greater than 0.5g. A mass less than 0.5g will be rounded down to 0g.
