Industrial B&A producer – how to fill in my collection declarations?

• The declaration of collection of industrial batteries and accumulators is accessible via the declaration menu, on the My declarations page by clicking on « collection of industrial B&A » in the column Declaration type.
• You must declare the tonnage of waste industrial batteries and accumulators that you have collected or had collected the previous year assorted by the nature of the batteries and accumulators (electrochemical pairs).

In the table « collection of industrial B&A »:

• Step 1: Choose, in the column entitled tonnage (tons), the total tonnage collected during the year concerned by the current declaration, assorted by nature of the batteries and accumulators. Click the box « not applicable » for the options that are not applicable to your declaration.
• Step 2: Save the data by clicking on « save ». Modifications may still be made throughout the declaration period.
• Step 3: Send your declaration by clicking on the « Transmission »button at the bottom left of the page. Modifications may still be made throughout the declaration period.
• Step 4: A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the contact person for the player whose declaration was sent (the person, collective scheme, or the representative).

Warning: The declaration will only be taken into consideration when you have click on the « send »button. A series of verifications will take place when you hit the send button. Therefore, it is possible that you will have to make corrections to your declaration if inconsistencies are found, before the declaration will be sent.
