How do I send my declarations?

• After filling out and saving your declaration, you can transmit it by clicking on « Transmission » tab then on «Transmit » button. You also have the possibility to add a comment to the Register administrator in the dedicated field.

• The declaration will only be taken into consideration when you have clicked on the « transmit » button. A series of verifications will take place when you hit the transmit button. Therefore, it is possible that you will have to make corrections to your declaration if inconsistencies are found, before the declaration is sent. If some inconsistencies are detected, a red message will appear to indicate you the procedure.

• If there is a modification after transmission, declaration will be back to « Declaration in progress » status; the user has to send its declaration again. Even if the declaration has been sent, the user may come back and modify the declaration at any time during the entire declaration period
